Track an Order
After you place an order with us, we will provide you with tracking information by email or phone. This information can be used on the shipping company's website for an updated status of your shipment.
Unwrapping the Received Package
We pack your rug very carefully, so it may look surprisingly small to you. Once you unwrap the package and unfold your rug, you may notice creases along the folded lines. This is normal, because the rug has been under pressure for a while. Lay your rug flat on the floor and let it sit for a few days. Regular traffic will take care of small bubbles and creases. We recommend you save the packaging material for a few days, in case you will need to use it for returns.
Return a Rug
You may return any rug or rugs purchased from us, for any reason, if you are not completely happy with your selection. This must be done within 30 days from the date of your purchase, and there will be no restocking fees. You will only pay for the return shipping. Once your returned shipment is received, you will be issued full credit. Please send us the tracking number to facilitate the process. Use original packaging material or equivalent for returns. We cannot accept damaged or stained rugs returned to us. Please contact us for a more efficient return.
Handling of International Orders
International buyers pay for shipping charges and are also responsible for any taxes and customs duties according to local laws. International payments should be made in U.S. dollars in form of direct wire transfers. Any international customer can return a purchased rug for a full refund just as a domestic customer can.
